In how many days can I expect my delivery after placing my order?

We will update about the processing of the order consistently through email or phone number that you have provided. In general, the orders are delivered within 2 to 10 business working days.

Do you have a weekend delivery facility?

In general, we deliver on working days only – Monday to Friday (7am to 7pm). However, the courier may offer premium delivery services on the weekend at extra cost; though it is applied only to certain areas of the UK. We would strongly recommend you contact our customer service team for further information.

Can I be notified about the exact time of delivery? Will the courier call me prior to delivery?

Our courier service provider will notify you through message or email prior delivering, Generally a 2 hour time slot is given i.e 12pm – 2pm. The driver may call nearer the time of delivery, allowing you to prepare accordingly. You may check the tracking details that will be provided prior to delivery order to track the status of delivery. If unsure of the status, please contact the courier who can advise accurate status of delivery. Please note the time of delivery can exceed the time slot given as the route is traffic and road work dependent.

I may not be there to receive my order during delivery; what do I do?

We appreciate its not easy to manage a busy schedule due to work and family commitments etc. We of course will advise of delivery date beforehand, however if you are unable to accept delivery on a day projected, please call the courier or the customer service team. We are unable to promise specific days, however we will work to get close as possible to a suited day of convenience. Alternatively if you are able to get a family member/friend or neighbour to accept delivery at your address, it may also be a suitable option of convenience.

I would like the order to be delivered on a specific day only. What do I do?

When placing an order, we advise if you have a requirement for a specific day of delivery, you contact us immediately to request this service with the courier. We will advise accordingly if this service can be met. Please note weekend delivery may be available at a extra cost if this suits you.

Can I collect from your premises or from your address?

We are a online business that does not operate a showroom for customers. This functions helps us to be competitive at price and a happier consumer solution preventing the exhaustive showroom prices offered by our competitors.
